Where it came from
The animated mashup, also known as “Fabulous Secret Powers,” was created by Slackcircus and circulated through forums before becoming a major YouTube-era bait-and-switch classic.
Why it mattered
The video is early-internet remix culture in miniature: nostalgia, copyright-era collage, inexplicable commitment, and a title that no one can type correctly on the first try.
